We offer an affordable snow blowing and shoveling service to the residents of Queensbury and Glens Falls. While snow plowing and snow blowing offer the same end result there are key differences.
The only real benefit to plowing is speed. That’s a benefit to the contractor, not the consumer! We believe in doing the best job possible whether that’s professional lawn care during the warmer months or snow removal during the winter. We think you will appreciate the difference.

Frequently Asked Questions about snow removal
NO! We will not use rock salt at all on concrete sidewalks or driveways as well as wooden ramps and decks. Rock salt is very corrosive to these surfaces and can cause pitting. We try to use rock salt as little as possible as it can be harmful to the environment and is highly corrosive to vehicles and our equipment.
Depends. In our snow removal agreements there is a two inch trigger before we will go out to remove snow. However, if there is less than two inches and you would like us to come out then all you need to do is contact us and we will get to you just as soon as possible. We understand an inch of snow is just as slippery as a foot. Some people prefer to do minor accumulations themselves while others don’t or can’t. Just know we are here if you need us!
Varies. Like many of our other services this will depend on if you are a year round customer or just need us to handle your snow removal. We offer a fixed monthly payment option (December 1st to April 1st). We also have several clients who prefer to pay per event. In such cases the price will be determined by the amount of time the job took and the number of guys on the job multiplied by our hourly rate.
It all depends on the storm. As a lawn care and landscaping business we are constantly keeping an eye on the weather forecast. We all know winter storms are different in both their timing and scope. Therefore we are out and about at all times of the day. If you don’t want us on your property at 3 or 4AM you will need to let us know when you receive the snow agreement (not contact).
Unfortunately we are unable to do that. We need to make our routes as dense as possible so we are not criss-crossing around town. We make every attempt to be as efficient as possible. As much as we would love to have everyone’s driveway done by 7AM it’s simply not feasible. With that being said we will do everything in our power to have you dug out at a time that is convenient for you (but no guarantees).
